SHIPPING & RETURNS DELIVERY METHODS AND CHARGES

The delivery dates and charges depend on the type of delivery. There are several types of delivery methods: Item: This delivery method may be used for orders that have a low weight and volume. It is not available in advance or at higher product values. Item numbers are delivered directly to your address. Package to agent: For orders to package agents, we use Postnord MyPack Collect. Once your order has arrived at Postnord’s delivery center, a notification will be sent to you. Notification may take place in any of the following two ways, depending on whether we have a correct mobile number for you: SMS notification to your mobile phone: The notification will be sent on the same day as the package arrives at your place of delivery. Lettering: When your package arrives at Postnord’s delivery center, an avi will be sent to you. Bring your avin and your identification to the designated delivery venue to collect your order. In order to collect packages, you must be able to show valid ID. For withdrawal of non-recipients, please contact us for more information or see information on Postnord’s website. During sale periods and promotions the delivery time may be longer than normal. In case of delivery delays, you will be notified. If you are not satisfied with a new specified delivery date, you are always entitled to cancel your order free of charge. We can not offer any compensation due to a delivery delay or final sale. Home delivery: For the ‘Home Delivery’ option, we use Best Transport. This option appears as available only for those areas where Best Transport can offer this service. It is not possible to choose this delivery option if you choose to pay by postal order. With this delivery method, you have the option to choose the delivery date that suits you best. Delivery takes place on weekdays (18:00 to 22:00) on the chosen date. In order to collect your order, the recipient’s identification must be displayed upon receipt of the order. If other party receives the delivery, it is necessary to provide proof of identity. If delivery could not be performed due to the recipient’s absence / inaccessibility, the shipment will be returned to Best Transport’s nearest terminal and the recipient will be notified of the option of receiving the shipment in the next day. If the shipment is not picked up, the package will be returned to Trelupi and handled as a return order. Shipping costs can only be claimed if Trelupi or our carrier’s commitments have not been met. We reserve the right to make ongoing adjustments in the availability and delivery time of the service. Instabox: Via this delivery method, your package will be delivered to the specified package box. The default package box corresponds to the choice Instabox recommends for your zip code. You can choose package box that suits you best. Delivery notice and code is distributed via SMS to the specified mobile number. The service requires Mobile BankID. The package is available 24 hours after arrival at the package box. If the shipment is not collected, the package will be returned to Trelupi and handled as a return order. Normal transport time is 0- 1 day. Volvo In-Car Delivery: For recipients registered as users of this service and located within the service’s geographic coverage, we offer the possibility to deliver to the car’s luggage space. For more information about the service and its terms, see https://incardelivery.volvocars.com. Notification and confirmation of the car’s availability are via SMS. Normal transport time is 1-2 days.

 

WHERE IS MY DELIVERY?

Sometimes it happens some of the items you ordered are not in stock and will be listed, i.e. we reserve for final sales. If your order could not be sent on time, you have the right to cancel your purchase. If your package and / or content is damaged in transport, please notify us immediately. If packages are lost during transport, you must inform our customer service within a reasonable time (2 months). Trelupi sends an order confirmation to the email address you entered before we ship the goods to you.

 

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

You have full right to return (return and exchange right ) within 14 days from receipt of the goods, provided that you have not used the product and that it is returned in new condition with any original packaging, outer packaging must be intact and all parts are included in the return. You may of course try your product to see if it fits. The extent of the reduction in value is determined by Trelupi. The right of withdrawal may be used provided the goods are returned together with the labels and original packaging / shoe box that accompanies the product. As a customer, you have the right to investigate the product, but you may not break the seals. The right of withdrawal does not apply to underwear. Trelupi has the right to refuse return when the packaging, information leaflet and certificate of authenticity are not included in the exercise of right of withdrawal. When returning goods whose delivery has been made with home delivery, the same return routines will apply as with other shipping methods. Replacement: In case of replacement, the return freight is free, provided that the attached return ticket is used. A replacement means that for each returned product you choose to buy a new product. Any interim difference is paid back. If you return a larger number of goods than you change, it is not defined as a return but as a buyback, see below. Return: You can return your goods to Trelupi free of charge within 14 days and get your money back if you regret. The withdrawal period will begin on the day you received your order. Use the Return Ticket and our prepaid return shipping slip attached to your shipment. If you’ve received wrong item you can choose to receive a new product or a full refund. All goods returned must be carefully packaged to avoid damage to the product. It is you the customer that is responsible for the transport risk back to Trelupi. Complaints: If you complain about your lot because of a damage or faulty production, we will make a manual assessment and request into garment. The first commitment of a complaint is to fix the error. If this fails and the claim is approved, we will replace you with a new product. If we are not able to replace you with a product you like you have the right to cancel the purchase and get your money refunded . Refunds are generally processed within 14 working days from the date we have received and accepted your return. We can only make a refund in the same manner and to the same account that was used at the time of purchase.
